COOLING UNIT FOR QUICK COOLING OF FRESH OF BLOOD

Cooling Kit CU is particularly suitable for blood collection in the field, for ferries from sampling points for a stable workplace. Used for fast cooling of the collected blood in bags at 20 DEG C. The cooled blood may be processed within 24 hours, eliminating the need to work outside working hours. The cooling kit is suitable for the production of platelet concentrates in its use eliminates the aggregation tendency of platelets. Helps to maintain 85% of the Factor VIII in plasma.

The cooling assembly consists of four cooling plates, which are filled with a viscous fluid, and a plastic crate. Cooling plates are placed on blood bags, in each case one cooling plate on two blood bags. Do crates can store up to 8 blood bags. The crates can be stacked. Last crate should be used as a blank cover, and thereby reduce the influence of ambient temperature during handling and storage.
